Mope holds a BSc in Microbiology and an MSc in Veterinary and Biomedical science from the University of Georgia.
She currently works as the Sr. Manager of Microbiology for a Soup and Salad company.With over 10 years of experience in the food processing industry, she is committed to the production of safe and quality food.
Mope is renowned for an inclusive problem-solving approach. She implements systemic improvements in food safety and quality processes to prevent biological contamination and premature spoilage in food. She founded the microbiology testing lab, The Mikrolab, to make food testing simple and more accessible for consumers.
